Nice! I'm playing WoW too and am actually having a lot of fun. I totally dissed WoW for years, but there are parts of it that are really great if you can get past the silly graphics. The pvp, for example, is a blast. I *hated* pvp in MxO, but in WoW, pvp is one of my favorite things to do.
I'm in a Horde guild on Feathermoon with some RL friends and people from The Trust, so look us up. I have a level 68 Undead Rogue (Katick) and a lowbie alt, 20-something Blood Elf Warlock (Covanin).

/mood dorky I know, I know, I honestly never thought I would get into it either. But it really is fun in a guilty-pleasure sort of way. I don't do it for the ar-peez, for sure. It's just nice to chat with all the cool people in our guild and kill things. And if you're like me and never played another MMO besides MxO, it's just fun to play an MMO that actually works. If you're ever tempted, you can always do the free 10-day trial thing like I did to check it out. Also, if I give you a buddy key, you can get triple xp so you can level faster. Just something to consider if you have some time to kill... |

Yes. After the end of the free month included with the game, you need a subscription in order to continue playing the game. There are three subscription options: a month-to-month package at $14.99 per month, a three-month plan at $13.99 per month, and a six-month plan at $12.99 per month. The subscription fees for the three-month plan and the six-month plan must be paid in full.Basically the same I paid for MxO. It took a lot of coaxing to get me to try it, and it's definitely not for everyone, but when you can try it for free, you might as well! |

yah i got a free month with the graphics card i purchased and its better than i thought. I've got an alliance character on....cant think of server name but i've been wanting to co level a horde character too.
