A Post-MxO Life

Hacking in to say hi to everyone.

I don't know whats worse: How long its been already since MxO closed down or just not hearin for anyone from it.

I've been so busy with work and life lately, but here's a quick update:

~my gf, of over 3 years now, moved in with me
~workin my butt off to get student loans taken care of
~dabbled in Diablo 3, WoW, and a few other games
~found a new liking of DCUO, despite my initital displeasure for it

Hoping everyone is well.

I just finished collecting everything for the detective trench coat. That took a good 4-5 hours of farming around East End in Gotham over a few days, but I also finished some other collections in the mean time, and hauled in a crap load of exobits.

Saddly the detective treach coat is TOO detective looking. Shirt and Tie incorportated into it. It sucks that the coats are considered "chest" items, and not "back' items, so that the shirts have to be built in with the pattern for the trench coat.

Im currently updating dcuo, wich goes very slow, on a wifi connection.

I more or less left the mxo emu forums, and just installed SWTOR.
Didnt think gaming would still be this fun, but it takes my mind of things, like having a break.

It's been over a year since my last update. A lot has happened. We had another baby. Getting ready for my 9th amateur fight next month. And opening a mma based fitness gym with a friend. This going to be quite the year!

I hope you all are doing well. I return here occasionally to check up and reminisce. I also revamped the sharing torrents for all the missions logged. Arcady will be putting together an archival website soon.

The emulator project for the game is still Alive and well. However, Rajkosto is not restoring the game as was. He is overhauling the entire code infrastructure of the game so that it loads as intended. At least, that was my understanding. Mxoemu.info/forums

Also, there is daily activity in the Facebook groups MxO and The Matrix Online.

I was thinking about creating a Daniel Institute page. What do you think?
